Grounding Meditation

Today, I share with you a very simple and yet effective tool I use every single day (sometimes more than once). It's an audio recording of a grounding meditation. I start my day with it, and then if needed I do it again  between patients at the clinic if I see someone who's particularly ill, or someone who shared a story that really caught my heart-strings. It's a great way to fill up your inner cup if you lost your centre. Use it as a guide, take or leave what feels right, and perhaps use it as an inspiration to customize your own method of grounding.
